Head of Product
Nikil (“Nik”) Nadig is a the Chief Technology Officer for PwrdBy who has worked on numerous engineering and scaling projects. He was the lead engineer for the Amelia project and manage the team developers, product managers, and quality assurance. Before joining PwrdBy, Nik was a lead engineer for a variety of products. Nik brings 10 years of engineering expertise to his work. He has a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
Ben is the Head of Data Science for PwrdBy. Before joining PwrdBy, Ben was a Manager in Deloitte’s Social Impact practice with experience on social and environmental sustainability engagements. His project expertise centered on analytics, data driven storytelling, and strategy development. Ben is passionate about delivering clean water and sanitation to everyone and cooking.
Chris oversees Product Management for PwrdBy. Before joining PwrdBy, Chris spent time working with a brain tumor research lab. Inspired by the lab’s challenges, he founded WeSearch Foundation, the first medical research crowdfunding charity. The charity continues to strive to make medical research easier to understand for patients, and provide new funding streams for innovative labs. When he’s not working with your local children’s hospital, Chris is a competitive cyclist and avid guitar and banjo player. And a mediocre ukulele player.
UI and UX Designer
Associate Data Scientist
Audrey is an experienced user experience and user interface (UX/UI) designer where she leverages her experience as a certified developmental psychologist to understand user behavior and design platforms users love. Before joining PwrdBy, Audrey was a UX/UI consultant and practicing counselor with a speciality in addiction medicine. Audrey has a bachelor’s and master’s in developmental psychology from Montreal and Concordia University, respectively. She has Cognitive-behavioral and UX specializations from CalArts.
Prior to joining PwrdBy, Courtney attended Long Beach City College where he majored in human psychology. His passion for football earned him a full scholarship to play for Idaho State University. 3 torn ACL’s later, Courtney immersed himself back to psychology. He started as a research assistant and is now a proud user interface designer at Pwrdby.
Senbao is an associate data scientist and works on the company’s data and analytics work. Before joining PwrdBy, Senbao was a solutions engineer in Epic’s Cogito application, working with anything data related in multiple hospital systems. Senbao is passionate about making affordable healthcare available to everyone and minimizing climate change impact.
Chin is a developer based out in Los Angeles, CA. Since joining PwrdBy, he has worked primarily in frontend development. As a front end developer, he focused on application responsiveness and easy of use. He is passionate about problem solving and enjoys jumping into new projects.
Brent is a Managing Partner at 305 Innovative Solutions, an advisory firm that provides strategic, financial, and transactional services to early stage businesses.
Brent has founded, managed, and invested in companies in industries including technology, healthcare, specialty finance, and automated merchandising. Brent worked previously as an M&A investment banker at Deutsche Bank Securities and private equity investment professional at H.I.G. Capital, where he worked with gaming, industrial, chemicals, and business services companies. He received an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA from Harvard University, and currently spends time with early education and K-12 education nonprofits in South Florida.
Paul Ghiz is an accomplished technology entrepreneur and creative executive who helps organizations accelerate revenue and mission impact. In 1997, he founded DonorDrive, an enterprise nonprofit digital fundraising platform and services company. Over the last two decades, Paul has led his company in delivering innovations, progressive digital strategies and user experiences for hundreds of causes across all major categories including Health, Disease, Disorders, Human Services, Higher Education, International Relief and Corporate Social Responsibility. In 2018, he had a successful strategic exit and today still remains a key executive driving growth for DonorDrive and its parent company, General Atlantic. Prior to starting DonorDrive, Paul helped design and build the first generation of web properties for E.W. Scripps Company and its affiliated stations. Over his career, he has held Adjunct Faculty positions at his alma mater Miami University in Ohio as well as contributed and published numerous writings on design, marketing and technology. Paul is an active Advisor and Mentor at Stony Brook University’s Business School and Innovation Center. He resides outside New York City with his family and coaches travel youth baseball.
